Meagan Giuffrida

Born in Sulphur but raised in Lake Charles, Meagan graduated from Bell City High School in 2008. She moved to Lafayette to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology in 2012 and a Masters of Business in Administration in 2018.

Prior to working at MPW Properties, L.L.C., Meagan was the Director of Sales at the Children's Museum for 3 years, along with 6 years of management from previous work experience. She joined MPW Properties as an Accounting Assistant in early 2018 with the aspiration of continuing to pursue her Accounting career and interests. In 2021, Meagan went back to school through Louisiana State University at Alexandria to receive a Post Bachelor Certificate in Accounting and began preparing to take the CPA exams. In January 2024, Meagan obtained her license of Certified Public Accountant and has accepted the position of Controller with MPW Properties.

In the summer of 2018, Meagan married her husband, Steven. They welcomed a baby boy in the summer of 2022. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading and spending time with family and friends.
