Katie Porche

Born and raised in Houma, Louisiana, Katie attended and graduated from H.L. Bourgeois High School. After graduation she moved to Lafayette, Louisiana to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a minor in Behavioral Science.

Katie began her career in the health care industry where she was a Practice Manager for 6 years for a local Neurologist. She was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic as well as Human Resources, Accounting, and insurance billing.

She joined MPW Properties in 2014 as the Property Manager Assistant. After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2015, Katie began working as the Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent and joined the Realtor's Commercial Alliance. In 2018 she went back to work in the medical field but has since re-joined MPW Properties as the new Property & Leasing Manager. With her experience in Sales and Leasing, her transition to Property Manager was a natural one and she is excited to be following her passions again.
Katie and her fiancé, Trent, have three beautiful children, Trent, Leighton and Mila. Outside of work she enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
